Full Job Description

The post holder will assist the Deputy Director and Director of
Operations in addressing the Trust's strategic and operational agenda
as it relates to the Division. They will oversee day to day service
management issues, liaising with departments and teams as required
to secure the continued achievement of national and local key
performance indicators.
The post holder will provide line management for key staff within the
Directorate/Division. The post holder will deputise for the Deputy
Director of Operations when required.
In pursuing these duties the post holder will ensure compliance with
the NHS Constitution and be familiar with NHS England Policy and
Guidance., The Patient Service Manager will play a pivotal role in both strategic and day to day management of these services to deliver across our quality, workforce, operational and financial objectives which in turn underpin and support excellent patient care.
