How you'll make a differenceAs a Payments Industry Manager, you'll be responsible for managing Payments Industry and Regulation horizon scanning activities of the UK, Euro and International Payments and Fraud services. Ensuring TSB's ongoing compliance with Payment Services and Scheme regulation, rules and SLA's, helping to give our customers money confidence every day.
What you'll bring

- Industry, technical & product knowledge in payments - inc channels & accounting systems
- Strong external networks within industry or profession
- Established understanding of payments regulation impacting financial services.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
- An understanding of agile ways of working.
