Full Job Description

(technical account manager, payment operations manager, implementation manager, client relationship manager, payments, card schemes), My blue chip client in the card payment space are looking a payments account manager/client operation relationship manager (note this is not a sales role) with experience of Middle East (United Arab Emirates, Saudi, Turkey) and Africa. To suit you will have strong interpersonal skills, have experience of payments including card schemes and of dealing with issuers, acquirers and other networks and have good technical understanding of payments Full spec is below: Responsible for onboarding new participants and providing operational support to issuers, acquirers, processors, and network to network partners. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. Candidates must be fluent ideally in French but will consider Spanish or Italian. How You'll Do It

  • Provides support to large strategic clients including acquirers, network to network partners, issuers, and processors. Researches complex situations and supports participants with operations.
  • Supports business development teams to expand acceptance. Onboardings new franchises, issuers, acquirers, processors, and software vendors on the network. Assists with contract negotiation and due diligence.
  • Supports participants through the semi- annual release process. Manages and coordinates certification. Ensures participants are in compliance with operating rules and regulations. Engages participants to support network initiatives.
  • Analyzes end to end transaction processing, troubleshoots issues and acceptance complaints, and support issuer launches.
  • Mentors team members. Executes department initiatives. Leads the department to ensure processes and projects are well documented to meet auditing requirements.
  • Hybrid work 3 days remote 2 days in office in London. Though will be flexible if very strong candidate. At minimum must be able to get to office to meet clients.
