Full Job Description
The Payroll Delivery Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the payroll function within ISS UK, ensuring the accurate processing of payroll data and maintaining control input checks for the fortnightly payroll cycle., This position involves handling day-to-day payroll administration, ensuring all data is processed in line with deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Additionally, the role provides support for employee and business queries, helping to resolve any payroll-related issues efficiently. Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work under time constraints are essential for success in this role., The Payroll Delivery Coordinator role team is primary responsible for processing input and validating accuracy of input for the fortnightly payroll.
- Input of Starters / Leavers / Changes data into the payroll system via T&A for fortnightly employees.
- Input Validation checks of all input.
- Hourly Timesheet administration Manual Input.
- Input of additional Hours into Time system.
- Input absence data for hourly employees.
- Support the payroll delivery manager with ad hoc duties in key times of the payroll process.
- Deliver a high-quality payroll customer service experience.
- Ensure seasonal adjustments are processed accurately.
- Process Agenda for change (AfC) terms and conditions.
A passion and demonstrable skill for first class, professional customer service. - Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy.
- IT proficient (including Excel and Outlook); confident in handling and working with data.
- Ability to organise and prioritise a workload to meet deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable approach, enabling full support to the team.
- Awareness of data privacy and securely handling of employee data.
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships within the team and internal stakeholders.
