Your role

We are recruiting a People Administrator to join our dynamic People Team here in Corsham working across our HR Operations and Learning & Development functions.

This role is full-time (37.5 hrs a week, Mon-Fri) and is based on our site in Corsham.

Whilst the role has its own unique portfolio, the post holder will have the opportunity provide cross-cover against our wider administration function (including recruitment and systems) creating a diverse role with great variety and exposure across the HR function.

Core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing a dedicated and customer focused front-line service to our 'Ask HR' and 'Pharmaxo Academy' inboxes; responding to queries pertaining to employment matters, Learning Management System (LMS) queries and general administration tasks.
  • Utilising our People System (People HR) to record and upload employment information such as sickness, appraisal completion etc.
  • To administer various programmes of work such as employee recognition, management training, and CPD and Apprenticeships.
  • Supporting the wider People Team with HR and L&D project support and improvement work streams.
