People (HR) Business Partner

As a People Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering a strategic and operational HR service to designated business areas, including GP Practices and Business Services. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, manage complex employeerelations cases, and implement HR solutions that align with organisational objectives. This role also includes leading and coaching HR Coordinators, championing diversity and inclusion, and contributing to a positive and high-performing workplace culture., In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals. You will provide expert advice on employment law and employee relations, lead workforce planning initiatives, and support change managementprojects. As a key member of the HR team, you will also drive a culture of continuous improvement, mentor HR Coordinators, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation. Your ability to build strong relationships and provide data-driven insights willbe essential in delivering impactful HR solutions.
