Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join the Surrey Heartlands People Scaling team., o Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with significant organisational and system-wide implications, requiring strong leadership, decision-making, and relationship management skills.o Have end-to-end responsibility for project lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment with strategic workforce objectives.o Operate as a delivery enabler to others providing expertise, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring programme/project success through collaboration, innovation, and robust governance processes.
