You will be an integral part of our performance centre network which provides world-class, daily training environments for multiple athlete groups and serve as performance hubs for national programme-wide activity involving all World Class Programme swimmers. Our centres also offer a central point for providing rehabilitation services and supporting athletes training in other locations with sports science, medicine, and performance lifestyle services.

The Manchester Performance Centre offers an inclusive training environment, and the successful candidate will take a specific responsibility for our World Class Para-swimming athletes. You will be expected to be a champion of our World Class Aquatics Programme culture and collaborate effectively across all coaching activity within the centre.
