Performance Operations Manager

The Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are looking to recruit a Performance and Operations Manager overseeing General Medicine and DOPs (Care of Elderly)

The successful candidate with work in collaboration with Clinical Leads, Senior Nurses, Midwifes and operational managers to support with operational functions., In collaboration with the Clinical Leads, Senior Nurses, Senior Midwives and AGM, the post holder is responsible for all operational functions within the department, supporting the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective provision of services to patients.

The post holder is responsible for resourcing the department with the required capacity to meet all servicedemands.
