Full Job Description

The Performance & Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that all performance and quality functions are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of internal and external audits, driving business improvement through lean tools, fostering innovation and efficiency, and ensuring compliance with social value and performance standards.,

  • IMS Management - Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001.
  • Audit & Compliance - Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Performance Monitoring - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements.
  • Business Improvement & Innovation - Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and implement lean tools.
  • Training & Development - Oversee training programs, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary skills.
  • Social Value & Communications - Support corporate social responsibility initiatives and internal communications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align business objectives.

    · Proven experience in managing IMS in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • · Strong knowledge of audit processes and experience in conducting internal and external audits. · Expertise in lean tools and methodologies for business improvement. · Excellent organisational and project management skills. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Effective communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. · Certification in relevant ISO standards (e.g., Lead Auditor) is preferred.
