Stantec Performance & Reporting Manager in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom
Are you a passionate leader with expertise in performance management and a drive for change?
Stantec, a global leader in engineering and design, is embarking on an exciting journey to transform its Performance and Reporting (P&R) environment within the energy sector. We're searching for a dynamic Performance and Reporting Lead to spearhead this initiative and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our P&R function.
In this critical role, you will:
Lead the charge : Define and deliver organizational, system, and process changes within the P&R environment, whilst contributing to the direction & development of the PMO leadership team.
Build a winning team : Oversee a team providing performance and reporting services for energy clients.
Craft the right structure : Ensure the P&R team has well-defined roles and the right people in each position.
Embrace technology : Evaluate and deploy advanced online systems, including interactive monthly reports accessible across multiple devices and platforms.
Drive performance : Lead the provision of P&R services, including data capture, analysis, interpretation, and presentation.
Empower your team: Proactively coach and mentor your P&R team to maximize individual and collective performance.
Share your knowledge: Become a champion for best practices in programme and performance management.
You will have experience of working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, with a passion for continuous improvement and driving change. You will also have expertise in agile methodologies, digital reporting tools and hold degree level education in a relevant subject (or equivalent).
