Which requires me needing support with all daily living tasks. I need support with personal care and all transfers. I have full capacity and like to be supported to make my own choices and decisions. You must also be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity, promoting my independence and respecting my family and my new home. Candidates must be female and have previous experience of supporting clients with mobility requirements, and having knowledge and understanding of generalised dystonia and autism would be beneficial. However full training will be given to the successful candidate.

A Rota will be planned and agreed in advance. Anyone looking to apply needs to consider that my hours of support may change from time to time so you will need to be flexible to be able to accommodate this, and to cover Annual leave or sickness on a pro Rota basis. All training is paid for including the hours to complete the necessary training. An in-depth training package will be delivered to my team to support you to understand how to care for me and to meet my needs.
