Full Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant (PA) to support a young adult with chronic illness and disabilities in managing hospital records, appointments, and household tasks. No prior experience is needed, but a willingness to learn about disabilities and chronic illness is essential. 3 hours support per week required.,

  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, making phone calls, and proofreading emails.
  • Household Tasks: Help with cleaning, including bathroom maintenance and hoovering.
  • Time Management & Communication: Ensure appointments and daily tasks are well-organised.
  • Awareness & Learning: Be open to understanding chronic illness and disabilities in young people.
  • Pet Awareness: Be mindful of two shy house cats that must not be let outside.

    Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Willing to learn about disabilities and chronic illnesses.
  • Experience with young disabled people or an understanding of autism is beneficial but not required.
  • Friendly, patient, and proactive in both admin and household tasks.
