Personal Assistant CILR / 19 / 04 / 24

The Role: To support a 32-year-old lady who was diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum last year and has complex speech and language difficulties to access the community for day trips and social activities. Who enjoys shopping, golf, cinema, and swimming. Main Duties:

• Access Community
• Social activities
• Interaction
• Support with paperwork.
• Support with technology.
• Support with general living skills., Please note, Compass Disability Services (Compass Independent Living Team) is a support, advisory and payroll service. We support people with a disability or long-term health condition to live independently and retain control of their lives within the community. We are not the person that you will work for. You will work for the individual or family that we are supporting.

Hours: 20 hours a month to be used flexibly and agreed between Employer and Employee. Not required to work every weekend. Pay: £13.00 per hour Job Type: Part time
