To support a bright 30-year-old woman with ADHD and ASD to access the community and support her with the care of her horse and her other interests in the Weymouth/Dorchester area. Support to build on skills of independence around daily living. Main Duties:

• Support with her interests, especially related to horses, music and fashion.
• Support to build skills of independence
• Access the Community
  
  Animal lover and confident around horses (essential)
• Positive outlook, caring and adaptable
• Good communication and social skills
• Respectful of family confidentiality and privacy
• Responsible, reliable and trustworthy
• Organised and able to work on your own initiative
• Car owner with driving license, use of own vehicle required, and business insurance essential
