Full Job Description
We are seeking to appoint a Personal Development Coach to provide high-quality and engaging College tutorial programmes for our 16-18 year old students. You will be involved in delivering a range of group tutorials and workshops, to encourage our students to positively transition into adulthood and progress into further study or employment.
In this role, you will also support students with the UCAS application process and provide support and guidance around apprenticeships and employment opportunities.
As a Personal Development Coach, you will engage and support our learners throughout their time here, whilst being motivated to ensure that we provide our students with the best chance to successfully progress further once they leave our College.

The hours of work will be full-time, 36.5 hours per week, term time, plus 10 additional days. Salary will be adjusted for term time working.
The salary for this post will be based on point 9 of the Support Staff Salary Scale, which is currently £25,786 FTE, per annum.
