Self-employed Personal Trainer


We're currently recruiting for a talented and passionate Personal Trainer to join our well established team at Hale Country Club and Spa, Cheshire's premier health spa. Our personal trainers provide unrivalled customer service across our 2000+ members. You will be responsible for one-to-one fitness programmes for your clients, motivating and guiding them to achieve their goals within our world class club. As a personal trainer you will have impeccable attention to detail, advanced knowledge within the health and fitness industry, clear ability to educate and motivate your clients and dedication.


Responsibilities



  • One-to-one fitness assessment sessions

  • Clear, defined training programmes to meet member goals

  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients to get results through goal setting, frequent follow-ups, and re-assessments to show progress

  • Demonstrate high levels of professionalism

  • Assist with membership retention strategies

  • Proven ability to engage with customers and deliver unrivalled customer service

  • Commit to your self-development, stay ahead of the curve and never stop learning


Requirements



  • Must be a qualified instructor, minimum Level 3 Personal Training and Nutrition

  • Clear understanding of human anatomy, physiology and nutrition

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a personal trainer.

  • Evidence of continued self-development within fitness, with a further qualification in a specialised area

  • Flexible in your approach to a working environment

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills

  • Responsible for building and maintaining your client base
