As PFI Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the total facilities management operations across a portfolio of healthcare PFI assets. You'll ensure compliance, drive performance improvements, and manage relationships with key stakeholders., This role is ideal for an experienced leader in PFI-whether you have direct SPV experience or you're a senior-level FM professional with strategic oversight of PFI contracts in healthcare.,

• Ensure compliance with PFI standards and contractual obligations, maintaining high operational performance
• Lead on financial oversight, including project finances, lifecycle works, and variation delivery
• Build and manage strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including NHS Trusts and service providers
• Oversee FM contractors and third-party providers, ensuring service delivery meets contract requirements
• Conduct monthly reviews, audits, and reporting to monitor contract performance
• Provide strategic input into contract management and optimisation
  
  Proven leadership experience in PFI healthcare contracts-either within an SPV environment or at a senior strategic FM level in PFI
• Strong understanding of PFI compliance, financial management, and lifecycle planning
