Pharmacy HR Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions across 50+ pharmacy branches across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment., Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigating complaints and resolving conflicts
- Support performance management initiatives by providing guidance on goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
- Stay on top of staff hours by using our app BrightHr
- Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience working in a human resources role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively,

• Human resources: 2 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• CIPD (preferred)
