The post holder will provide a high standard physiotherapy service to the specialist caseload across various sites within the SBUHB asthe service requires having satisfactorily completed a range of core rotations in a variety of specialties will manage a defined caseloadof clients with complex needs within this setting, using evidence based/client centred principles to assess, plan, implement andevaluate interventions, maintaining associated records, To recognise good personal time management, punctuality and consistent reliable attendance, plan and prioritise own client workloadto meet service and patient priorities. Readjusting plans as situations/changes arise.

To Formulate and deliver an individual physiotherapy treatment programme based on sound knowledge of evidence-based practice andtreatment options using clinical assessment, reasoning skills and knowledge of treatment skills.

Undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner responsible for the management of your own workload and caseload within a defined area of the service working without direct supervision. Plan and organise a number of complex activities/ intervention programmes which require the formulation / adjustment of plans

Follow the standards of practice for Physiotherapy and ensure that minimum requirements are met (CSP Health Board, departmentaland service specific). Implement policies, propose and contribute to changes in working practices/ procedures for own area.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
