Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Planner to support the successful delivery of high-rise residential projects in Liverpool. You will play a key role in project planning, scheduling, and coordination, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex developments with a forward-thinking company. Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing project schedules for high-rise residential developments.
- Liaising with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Preparing detailed reports and programme updates for senior management.
- Supporting the project team with planning best practices and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Conducting critical path analysis and ensuring efficient project sequencing.
- Utilising planning software to manage project timelines effectively.
Proven experience as a Planner within the construction sector, preferably in high-rise residential projects. - Degree or relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning techniques and software (Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
