Planning Enforcement and Compliance Officer

We're looking for a Planning Enforcement and Compliance Support Officer to join our planning team and play a key role in supporting the enforcement and compliance functions that protect and enhance our borough.

Your Role:
As part of the enforcement team, you'll:
- Be the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring smooth workflow management.
- Support the delivery of routine service requests and provide vital administrative assistance.
- Handle customer enquiries, resolving issues or escalating them when needed.
- Conduct site visits, taking measurements and gathering data to support live casework.
- Work within established methods and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
- You'll also assist in managing and analyzing data to monitor team outcomes, contributing to the ongoing success of our enforcement and compliance functions.
