We are seeking a passionate and experienced Plumbing and Heating Lecturer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our students., As a Plumbing and Heating Lecturer, you will play a crucial role in delivering and developing full-time courses in plumbing and heating. You will be responsible for planning and using a range of effective and appropriate teaching and learning techniques to ensure our students receive the best education and support.
Day-to-Day Requirements
+ Deliver high-quality teaching to levels 1 and 2 in plumbing and heating.
+ Develop and prepare learning materials and resources.
+ Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
+ Engage in curriculum development and quality assurance processes.
+ Collaborate with the Construction team to enhance the learning experience.
+ Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
+ Participate in professional development activities and stay updated with industry trends.
+ Support students' personal development and career progression., Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

+ Relevant qualifications in Plumbing and Heating.
+ Assessor qualification or willingness to work towards one within an agreed timescale.
+ Teaching and Internal Verifiers qualifications are desirable.
+ Excellent knowledge and understanding of the construction industry.
+ Passion for innovation and embedding new technologies into the learning environment.
+ Strong communication and organisational skills.
+ Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
