PM1435 Personal Assistant

I am a 16 year old lad living with my parents in Tonyrefail. I have a diagnosis of ASD. I enjoy weekly visits varying from Swimming, Trampoline, the Park, Mc Donald's, etc. I enjoy spending time with my personal assistant who I look to as a mentor to assist with building friendships / social skills to assist with my ongoing development., My parents are looking to employ someone on a permanent basis, Though a part-time job, this will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period will be necessary in the first instance. The wage will be paid monthly on return of a payslip provided by the Centre for Independent Living. You will receive 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro rata). You may be required to apply for a DBS check at no expense to you.

My vocabulary has developed over the last few years and my speech also and I am able to communicate my needs effectively and am able to learn basic repetitive social conversation.

I am able to be flexible within routines but can get anxious if not aware of what happens next / finish.

I have many more likes and am open to trying and experiencing new things and have few dislikes., A driver will be essential, with business class insurance.
Experience of working with autism / children with additional needs would be an advantage
