Full Job Description
AXA - Global Healthcare are looking for a PMO Planning Manager to join their Transformation team and lead the change and transformation plan for IPMI, working closely with stakeholders to ensure it's fit for purpose and accurate. You'll build, own, and maintain the overarching plan for all change and transformation initiatives across IPMI, supporting the Head of PMO with activities. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, at our Tunbridge Wells Office. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for the strategic transformation roadmap and underlying plans, act as the custodian of all plans and the roll-up to the enterprise plan
- Work closely with all Programme, Project and Product Managers to ensure all plans are maintained and accurate
- Support planning activities for new initiatives, ensuring IPMI has robust and rigorous planning guidelines
- Identify, connect and manage the dependencies across initiatives both within and across portfolios
- Set robust planning standards and guidelines and coach project, programme and product managers
- Work closely with the CTO and heads of departments to ensure we have a thorough review of our plan on a regular basis
- Communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately the delivery plan and outcomes
- Transformation and programme content with supporting insights
- Work with teams involved to develop out a resourcing plan that allows them to deliver to commitments in the plan
- Manage the change control process for any key milestone changes to make sure the changes go through appropriate governance

- Demonstrable experience of Business Planning in a Change and/or Transformation context
- Experience in roles that require an eye of detail and reporting at all levels
- Ability to interpret data provided from multiple sources into something cohesive and clear
- Sound diplomacy and people skills to deal with challenges of inter-company working
- Ability to influence colleagues and peers without authority
- Solid knowledge in Project Management and/or PMO
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to converse with stakeholders of all levels, ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Financial Services background, ideally with exposure to the PMI/IPMI industry As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
