In this dynamic position, you'll lead the planning, development, and evaluation of innovative training initiatives through the prestigious Health Education England (HEE) Greater Manchester Multi-Professional Critical Care Programme (GMCCCP) alongside other vital training for our Trust.

Join us as a Practice Educator, where your visionary planning and coordination will shape the training landscape for our critical care services through the Greater Manchester Critical Care Programme (GMCCP) and beyond!
In this crucial role, you'll dedicate 6 days a month to the Critical Care Skills Institute (CCSI), delivering hands-on training and facilitating engaging workshops for multifaceted healthcare professionals. Your expertise will ensure that our candidates not only receive top-notch education but also the necessary assessments to excel in their roles.
You won't be alone-collaborate with fellow Practice-Based Educators (PBEs) and teams across multiple sites, building a robust intra-site and inter-site network for critical care services throughout Greater Manchester. Together, you'll drive excellence and innovation in patient care.
Take the lead in the Greater Manchester Acute Illness Management (GMAIM) course, coordinating and evaluating its success while sharing your specialised critical care knowledge to uplift our multi-professional staff.
Engage in practice and educational development initiatives to continuously elevate standards, and take on the vital role of co-coordinator for competency-based training programs from unit to Trust-wide., As a large NHS trust we are committed to enhancing the health of our local population by delivering consistently high standards of care and working closely with local authorities and key partners.
