Practice Manager

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Manager or Head Nurse looking for your next opportunity? Our busy small animal surgery in Romford is seeking a Full-Time Practice Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role is a Full Time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. No weekends!, As our Practice Manager, you'll ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business and support our Practice Owners in achieving key business objectives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery, upholding our ethos as the friendliest practice in the area, managing and implementing HR policies for a valued team, resolving challenges swiftly to maintain excellent client service, recruiting, training, and developing team members, and managing your own schedule to achieve operational goals.

You will have had previous experience in managing a team, be an effective communicator, with good organisational and time management skills. You enjoy building relationships with our clients and with the team and have a passion for developing and coaching our colleagues.,

• Previous experience as a Practice Manager or Head Nurse in a Veterinary setting is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, encourage, and manage the team effectively.
• Proven team management experience.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
• A passion for coaching and developing colleagues.
