We have an excellent opportunity for a Practice Nurse to join a growing establishment committed to being a flagship organisation and an at scale provider of primary care services in the Midlands. - 37.5 hours - RPC Brooklyn, Heanor - must be experienced We have a team of 200 people dedicated to our patients, working across 3 sectors covering Chesterfield, Clay Cross and Heanor. Our Practice Nurses are essential to ensuring that we always provide an outstanding level of nursing care to our patients., You will work collaboratively as part of our multidisciplinary sector team of clinicians to meet the needs of our patients; delivering the highest standards of patient care. You will undertake a diverse range of nursing assessments and provide the appropriate care / treatment according to patient needs, striving to improve standards of care and enhancing nursing services within the practice.

£30,639 to £40,618 a year Pro rata dependent on experience
