Premises Manager Lawn Manor Academy Salary: Grade J Actual Salary: £34,834-£36,648 (DOE) Contract: Permanent and full time (37 hours per week) Closing date: 09.00am, Wednesday 9th October 2024 Interview Date: W/C Monday 14th October 2024 Anticipated Start Date: Monday 4th November 2024 Job Overview This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Premises Manager to become an integral part of our team at Lawn Manor Academy. As a Premises Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that the security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards. The successful applicant will carry out a range of premises duties which contribute to the compliance, maintenance, repair, and security of the school facilities. You will undertake general premises tasks; maintenance, repairs, general appearance of the buildings and grounds maintenance tasks, are maintained in accordance with the required standards.
