The role includes the assessment of complex care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical pathways, the setting of standards and management of staff. The post-holder will work in close partnership with the Head of Healthcare and wider clinical teams to ensure safe, effective implementation of best practice and robustly risk managed services, whilst simultaneously facilitating cross partnership working., We're looking for passionate individuals to join our diverse and innovative team.
