Full Job Description

+ Deliver high-quality teaching to primary school students across various year groups. -
+ Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
+ Support and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
+ Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for all students.
+ Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
+ Collaborate with other teachers, SENCO, and support staff to enhance student learning.
+ Monitor and report on student progress to parents and school leadership.

+ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
+ Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.
+ Strong understanding and experience in supporting students with SEN.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
+ Strong organisational and time management skills.
