Full Job Description
You'll lead the charge in enabling next-best-action activations to enhance customer experiences and help us stay ahead in an ever-evolving competitive landscape.,
- Strategy and Roadmap Development: Design and implement a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for the CDP, aligning with business goals and priorities, including developing blueprints and playbooks for future adoption and value cases.
- Enablement of Vision: Ensure the CDP enables next-best-action activations aligned with the omnichannel customer experience strategy.
- Centre of Excellence: Establish and lead a best-in-class global Centre of Excellence for the CDP, fostering a community of engaged and satisfied users.
- Customer Data Quality: Collaborate with Customer Data Management (CDM), Martech, process improvement, and continuous improvement teams to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
- Change Leadership: Act as a champion for change, driving the ambition to deliver on customer growth strategies in partnership with marketing, CX, and digital teams.
- Omnichannel Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert in omnichannel journey orchestration, advising on best practices to achieve excellence.
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize future platform requirements for global and regional business needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong, cross-functional relationships and chair user groups to gather feedback, refine strategies, and maximize group value.
- Risk and Compliance: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Process Development: Establish governance frameworks and drive continuous improvement based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business needs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure platform functionality, usability, and data integrity through robust testing and validation.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive user guides, technical specifications, and process documentation.

You are a visionary leader with a deep understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and a proven ability to drive their adoption and effectiveness. Your collaborative nature allows you to build strong working relationships across global teams, while your strategic mindset ensures alignment with business objectives. You excel at navigating change, managing risks, and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results in areas like omnichannel journey orchestration, customer segmentation, and data-driven decision-making. Key Qualifications - Proven Expertise: Significant experience implementing omnichannel CDPs and delivering measurable benefits across global organizations. Experience with Treasure Data is highly desirable.
- Technical Knowledge: Expert understanding of CDPs, data modeling, and journey orchestration best practices to enhance customer experiences.
- Vendor Management: Proven experience managing third-party relationships with platforms like Treasure Data, Salesforce, or Adobe.
- Data Privacy: Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and implementing secure data processes.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire, influence, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Risk Management: Demonstrated ability to identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic and results-oriented outcomes. Desirable Skills
- Experience in product ownership or management within large-scale data platform projects.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and methodologies.
- Certification in Agile or Advanced Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
