As a Prison Custody Officer, you'll stand at the forefront of ensuring safety and order within our facilities. Salary £37,031.15 per annum. £29,991.92 Base Salary per annum plus £3,729.24 London Weighting per annum and £3,309.99 Market Force allowance annually.

All offers are subject to full security clearance checks. Working as a Prison Custody Officer demands resilience, patience, and a strong sense of duty. It's not a role for the faint-hearted. You'll encounter individuals from diverse backgrounds, many of whom are facing significant challenges and grappling with the consequences of their actions. Your days will be filled with moments of tension, unpredictability, and occasional conflict., Access to ongoing training and development programs, with specific support from a dedicated learner coach for the first 12 months of your employment. You will be required to complete a mandatory 8 - week training course. No annual leave can be taken during this period. The training will be Monday to Friday. Including 1 weekend and 1 night shift., Salary Salary £37,031.15 per annum. £29,991.92 Base Salary per annum plus £3,729.24 London Weighting per annum and £3,309.99 Market Force allowance annually.
