PHL are looking for a forward thinking, experienced clinical leader to join our senior team and launch PHLs private services including a Private ADHD Service, Private Wellbeing Service and further expand our existing virtual Health service. As a national provider of urgent, primary and custody healthcare we need a commercial clinician to come and harness the existing clinical and operational expertise within our teams to establish high quality, patient focused private services., The successful individual will need to be a true go getter, capable of engaging with subject matter experts and stakeholders to get things done and move forward with service development and launch swiftly.,

• Service Launch & Development: Take charge of launching new private services, such as Private ADHD, Private Wellbeing, and expanding the Virtual Health Service.
• Collaborative Leadership: Engage with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure swift service development, and ensure services are clinically sound, commercially viable, and patient-focused.
• Team Leadership: Leverage existing clinical and operational expertise within our teams to drive high standards in service delivery, while mentoring and supporting clinical staff.
• Clinical Governance: Ensure all services adhere to CQC standards, national guidelines, and PHLs internal governance framework.
• Innovation & Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital health solutions and improve service delivery.
• Commercial Focus: Utilize your commercial acumen to drive the financial success of private services while maintaining high-quality patient care.
  
  PHL Group was founded in 2009 by a team of commercial partners and experienced General Practitioners with a clear vision of providing services that would contribute to and benefit the local healthcare economy. PHL (formerly known as Hampshire Doctors on Call) runs Integrated Urgent Care, which evolved from the former Out of Hours model, for localities in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. All of the core services which look after patients with an urgent healthcare need are joined up together, and PHL work closely with system partners such as South Central Ambulance Service. The services we operate include call handling, telephone clinical assessment, out of hours home visiting services and some face-to-face Primary Care appointments services in Hampshire. In 2021 a newly formed Healthcare Division was created and incorporates PHLs Urgent Care, Primary Care and Youla Care Concierge Services. The new division combines PHL's healthcare operations into one team and utilises internal and
external resources efficiently to achieve our organisations vision: to be an innovative healthcare enabler, known for providing a range of high-quality care.
