Full Job Description
As a Procurement Co-Ordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure compliance of our supply chain service providers with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards. You will play a key role in managing supplier compliance, streamlining procurement processes, and supporting the Procurement Manager in driving efficiencies.,
- Monitor procurement activities for compliance with internal policies & external regulations
- Obtain & manage health, safety, and insurance documentation for contractors
- Conduct regular audits & assessments to ensure compliance standards are met
- Collaborate with department heads and vendors to resolve compliance issues
- Manage weekly supplier communications & outstanding procurement activities
- Provide training & support to staff on procurement compliance procedures
- Analyse procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance based on agreed evaluation criteria
Education: Minimum 2 A-Levels or equivalent - Experience: Minimum 3 years in a procurement or compliance-related roleDesirable: CIPS certification or relevant procurement qualifications a plus, Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in procurement software & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to work independently & collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication skills for both internal & external stakeholders
