Insight Executive Group is proud to partner with North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust (NW Anglia FT) to source candidates for key appointments for the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of a state-of-the-art healthcare facility that will transform care delivery for future generations. We are looking for a strategic and experienced Procurement Manager to lead the procurement of goods and services for the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment, ensuring excellent value, high-quality, and efficient supply processes.
As the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the Trust's Procurement Strategy, with a focus on the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme. You will play a crucial role in securing contracts, leading supplier negotiations, and driving savings across all procurement activities. This is a unique role to be involved in one of the most significant healthcare infrastructure projects in the country.
Who We Are Looking For
To apply for this role, you must be educated to a postgraduate degree level or have equivalent experience at a senior procurement manager level in a relevant commercial environment and possess advanced interpersonal skills
Lead the procurement strategy for the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment, ensuring alignment with Trust objectives and compliance with NHS procurement policies.
Manage supplier relationships, lead complex procurement activities, and ensure contract compliance to deliver value, quality, and efficiency.
Drive cost-saving initiatives and support the delivery of the Trust's non-pay savings targets through the development of key supplier strategies.
Support the Director of Procurement & Supply Chain by deputising and contributing to the Trust's overall procurement transformation agenda
