What you'll be doing: This is a role for someone who is passionate about improving the way we communicate with our customers to a broad audience, creating engaging, simple and interesting items. You'll use your subject matter expertise to help produce a range of documentation including user and reference guides, letters, emails and other forms. Because you're working across a range of different documents and formats, your work will be very varied. You'll need to manage multiple priorities in a busy and challenging environment. You'll work collaboratively and learn more about product and marketing as part of your role. You'll work closely with Marketing Managers and Product Managers, helping bring their ideas to life and aligning them with each over-arching customer journey.
- Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand copy for varied audiences.
- You will have a continuous improvement and innovative mindset, challenging the status quo.
