Full Job Description

You will create new and innovative design solutions that address the very particular needs of our users. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team working across all stages of the product lifecycle. Our best designers champion user-needs in their work, bringing project partners and team members with them to deliver intuitive and innovative experiences. What you'll be doing:

  • Following best practice and relevant design methodologies and processes, from product discovery through delivery
  • Creating, refining and improving existing designs
  • Working closely with Business and Product partners to better understand the business problems and product domain
  • Be the voice of the user in product decisions and be comfortable challenging a "it's always been done this way" mindset
  • Collaborating with other designers, researchers and content writers to raise the quality of the team's work
  • Communicating the rationale behind your research and design decisions. Explaining why something is a good solution, the problem it solves, and why it is better than alternative solutions
  • Providing Engineers with verbal and written guidance to build the proposals and collaborating with them to ensure the workflows meet the users needs and interactions are consistent
  • Helping establish an inclusive, collaborative, and creative team culture
  • Contributing to and evolving our design system

    Are you passionate about design and how it builds value for both customers and businesses? Do you understand sophisticated environments, such as professional financial industries?, Significant hands-on experience in a Product Design role in complex products/domains, highly preferable within financial services
  • Experience working collaboratively with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Portfolio demonstrating applied experience of product design in complex domains
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field or equivalent practical experience
