At the core of THG Labs sits the Product Team who act as the central hub, orchestrating end-to-end product lifecycles, managing customer relations and project execution.

Product Development Co-Ordinator

This role serves as an essential foundation within the Product Team, providing valuable exposure to the intricacies of product development and project management and serves as a springboard for those aspiring to pursue a career in Product Management.

· Smooth execution of various administrative tasks, critical to both the success of our projects but also the day-to-day functioning of the product team.

· Liaising with cross-functional teams throughout a project timeline.

· Set up project critical paths for managers approval and track key milestones.

· Researches and collates competitor analysis to support product concept proposals.

· Tracks new product launches and key market trends.

· Contributes to the compilation of artwork briefs, liaising closely with the design team and circulating relevant documents for approval.

· Prepares component samples for manager to set QC standards.

· Prepares development samples with relevant documentation for the customer's approval.

· Attends production runs both internally and externally.

· Contributes to the collation of product costings and budgets.

· Communicates effectively and positively with all teams, colleagues, and managers.

· Helps to promote a positive working environment.

· Any other duties that may be required.
