Content is investing in our ability to localise all of our Product content across every JET market, and we need experienced localisation specialists to bring our vision to life and empower everyday convenience. As a Product Localisation Specialist, your main goal will be to improve the quality of all customer facing user experience copy on JET's websites and apps. Focusing on everything from transcreation to proofreading, stakeholder management and quality checks, this is a varied role where you can cover a wide scope of language-oriented topics. Working within the Localisation team in User Experience and Design, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Content, Product and Tech, and the wider business - as well as liaising with our external localisation agency. By aligning with representatives from all areas, you can ensure the local tone of voice is up to date, and that all our copy has that special Just Eat Takeaway.com flavour. • Localise web and app product copy in Polish, ensuring consistency with JET's tone of voice.
• Deliver high-quality multilingual content across all JET platforms.
• Manage and process copy requests, supporting daily operations with JET and external agencies.
• Proofread, review, and edit content from external agencies to maintain quality.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency in tone and style.
• Maintain language resources (glossaries, style guides) and analyse insights to improve content quality.
What will you bring to the table?
• Proficient writing, reviewing and proofreading in Polish
• Native speaker of Polish and fluent proficiency in English
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully manage internal & external relationships
• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Previous experience with CAT tools and TMS - Smartling would be a real bonus
