Due to increasing the size of our team we have two exciting opportunities to join the Product Management and Inforce team. Our team are key to delivering great customer outcomes to over 850,000 customers who hold our Inforce products. Reporting to the Product Management and Inforce Manager, you will work with teams and stakeholders across the business to identify and implement changes and improvements to benefit our customers. This includes senior stakeholders in the Life business, so this is a great opportunity to raise your profile. Understanding our customer needs and putting them first is critical to our success so we want someone to share our passion and continue the good work that has been done. What will you be doing? As a Product Management & Inforce Specialist, you will join a high performing team that is also incredibly supportive. Some of the activity you will be involved with includes:

  • Project Work - we're the subject matter experts on our products when it comes to making change or implementing regulatory change
  • Product Reviews - we have to regularly review all of our products to ensure that they continue to add value to our customers whilst meeting regulatory requirements
  • Data analysis - we use all kinds of data to help us understand customer behaviour and help us identify where we need to make changes or do things differently or monitor whether a change we made has made a difference
  • Communications - our expertise is needed to help design and write template letters to our customers to be used by our operations colleagues
  • Risk Management - we need to understand what can go wrong to help us assess risk, identify potential customer harm and prioritise effectively

    Good knowledge of Life, Pensions and/or Investments is essential
  • Ability to understand, analyse and interpret data, customer feedback, regulatory and technical documents
  • Good communication, relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the role
  • Solution focused, flexible thinker, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Confidence to ask questions, find/research answers and propose change
  • Delivery focused
  • Confident in use of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
