We are looking for a Product Manager to join our expanding team. Household has ambitious growth targets and continues to play a key role within the Admiral diversification strategy,

• Product ownership: being the expert and owner for assigned products, ensuring that appropriate systems and controls are in place
• Stakeholder management: forming strong relationships with internal and external partners and suppliers, arranging regular meetings, and maintaining the product
• Performance monitoring: actively and closely monitoring key performance indicators, the understanding of data is essential
• Regulatory compliance: understanding the regulatory environment and its impact on the products, ensuring good customer outcome
• Continuous improvement: maximising the performance of our household products while ensuring delivery of good customer outcomes and fair value

  We are looking for someone who is proactive, with an eye for detail, and a strong awareness of our competitors' products, who will positively collaborate strongly with the team and our stakeholders towards out common goal., Strong written and verbal communication
• Build strong relations with stakeholders, internally & externally
• Confidence with data and MI
• Ability to analyse, research and review
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, transparent, ability to prioritise, Knowledge and experience within the Household and/or Product Management areas
• A commercial mindset, aware of our competitors and the market
• Organised and able to prioritise workload in line with tight deadlines and working effectively and transparently under pressure
• Forming strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing Household Product in meetings
  
  We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate's experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
