Job Title: Product Manager

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: London

Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join us at Royal London Asset Management within our Proposition Team.

In this role you will be responsible for

delivering key management activities across our UK and Irish authorised fund ranges across a number of asset classes and fund types.

As the regulatory environment evolves, you will be key to ensuring our funds meet the ongoing requirements whilst delivering the needs of our customers.

About the role

-Lead and co-ordinate changes to existing products.
-Ongoing review and maintenance of prospectuses and supplementary fund documents owned by the Proposition Team.
-Taking ownership, review, and maintenance of suite of product regulatory documentation.
-Working with legal advisors and other relevant external stakeholders.
-Take responsibility for management of risks and operation of controls and procedures in own area.
-Liaise with external data providers to ensure fund changes are appropriately reflected.
-Presenting to Committees and Boards on updates and proposals

About you

-Experience of operating product management processes in asset management.
-Knowledge of product structures, in particular authorised (UCITS and AIF) funds domiciled within UK and Ireland (EU) and associated product documentation
-Strong regulatory knowledge for authorised funds including UCITS, AIFMD, COBS, COLL and regulatory expectations for product documentation.
-Experience in project management and implementation.
-Ability to manage multiple projects.
-Can work with key internal partners to establish sound personal working relationships.
-Ability to communicate verbally and through written means in an effective manner and provide a professional level of information within the business.
-Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
-Ensure all clients are treated in clear and consistent manner with adherence to TCF/conduct principles/ Consumer Duty.
-High level of initiative and ownership and ability to drive execution
-University degree. Investment Management Certificate or similar investment qualification preferred
