Product Manager - Casino

As a Product Manager you will work closely with stakeholders and cross functional teams to develop requirements aligned to the strategy, overseeing product strategy, working closely with development teams and ensuring business readiness of any new product release. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will be part of the Gaming Product team and sit in a cross functional squad comprising of developers, designers and researchers. You will focus on modernising our UI and building a seamless end-to-end customer experience that allows customers to find and discover content with ease. Are you ready to launch a winning career? • Develop business cases to demonstrate the benefits of the roadmap and measure subsequent level of success through predetermined KPIs.
• Keen ability to translate business needs into high-level stories/requirements for new to market features & drive incremental delivery of these features in conjunction with the wider delivery teams.
• Daily interaction with internal and external development partners to clarify development requirements and to drive development in an Agile environment.
• Daily interaction with the internal testing team to ensure features are delivered as expected. This will include user-acceptance testing of new developments., And outside of this, you'll have the chance to turn recognition from leaders and colleagues into amazing prizes. • Extensive product experience, in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
• Deep product knowledge, from both customer and business perspectives.
• A strong understanding of the technology, systems, and platforms needed to implement a data-driven strategy and roadmap for a market-leading experience.
• Experience working in cross functional squads, comprising of developers, designers and researchers.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
• The ability to prioritise roadmaps based on key business drivers and competitor analysis.
• A solid understanding of product research & discovery, A/B testing, prototyping, and managing stakeholders & their requirements.
