Production Assistants - Fixed Term contract

We're looking for a Production Assistant to support our high standards in production efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety. This role involves operating production processes, assisting with equipment maintenance, and contributing to a clean, organised, and safe work environment. You'll work closely with our Production and Engineering teams to address equipment needs, monitor product quality, and engage in continuous improvement projects to optimise production.,

• Execute the production plan, monitor product quality, and report any deviations or issues.
• Perform quality tests and routine maintenance tasks, maintaining detailed records.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to promptly address machine setups and breakdowns.
• Engage in Health & Safety practices, including the 'near miss' reporting procedure.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements as needed.

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
