Full Job Description
To carryout manufacturing, warehousing and distribution operations in accordance with the principles of GMP/GDP. Main areas of responsibilities:
- Ensure packing and labelling operations are carried out in accordance with the principles of GMP
- Adhere to Health and Safety procedures within the warehouse
- Cleaning and general upkeep of the production and warehouse area
- Taking delivery of goods and storing them in line with their storage requirements
- Moving stock by hand or with machinery
- Loading goods for despatch
- Other tasks relating to warehouse and production as required Principal accountabilities:
- Achieve accurate packaging specifications at all times.
- Ensure all packing operations are conducted according to SOPs.
Ability to work well in a team - Flexible attitude towards variety of tasks required
- Conscientious attitude towards work
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow written work instructions
- Punctual
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good basic literacy and numeracy, Experience in stock movement and control
- Experience in manufacturing/distribution environment
- Experience in a GMP/GDP environment
