Full Job Description

We are looking for a talented Production Support Associate - Level III to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Genset operations department in Daventry, United Kingdom.,

  • Ensuring Safety: By identifying and reporting hazards, complying with HSE standards, and using appropriate protective equipment, you'll help maintain a safe work environment.
  • Promoting Quality: You'll follow and help others adhere to standard work procedures, raise quality concerns, and perform inspections to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Meeting Delivery Expectations: Your proficiency in work processes will enable you to meet customer expectations and support continuous improvement activities.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: By instructing and coaching less experienced team members, you'll act as a valuable resource and help develop their skills.
  • Maintaining Orderliness: Keeping your work area clean and organized, you'll contribute to a more efficient and productive workplace.
  • Applying Best Practices: Utilizing the Cummins Operating System (COS) and Operations Excellence (OE) methodologies, you'll help optimize processes throughout the plant.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Your ability to perform miscellaneous duties as needed will help meet organizational goals and maintain process performance.
  • Effective Communication and Teamwork: By communicating effectively with your team and support teams, and participating in training and development, you'll foster a collaborative and continuously improving work environment., To be successful in this role you will need the following
