Project Commercial Manager

The Anglian Water @one Alliance is a totally collaborative organisation made up of eight partner companies (Anglian Water, SWECO, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, and Skanska) and an extended supply chain, delivering over half of Anglian Water's capital investment programme.
We are gearing up for our most exciting and challenging Asset Management Period yet, known as AMP8, this will see us deliver a programme of work larger than we've ever delivered before. We'll be embarking on a new kind of project delivery focusing on nature-based solutions like wetlands and urban drainage schemes.

To be considered for this role, ideally, you'll be educated to degree level and hold either RICS/CIOB/CICES certification. You'll have demonstrable experience in managing complex projects ranging in size up to multi-million pounds projects. You'll have a robust nature, be able to manage change, and feel comfortable challenging decisions. Experience in working with NEC suite of contracts, coupled with negotiating and estimating and outstanding stakeholder management skills will make you stand out from the crowd!
With a high level of integrity and fairness, you'll act as the commercial conscience of the IPL. You'll champion collaboration and open communication and take ownership, leading with strong commercial focus. Working under pressure with a positive forward-thinking mentality is second nature to you as is you leading and supporting your team with a supportive empathetic approach, using your stakeholder management skills to build strong personal working relationships.
