Full Job Description

The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, involved in the planning, delivery and monitoring of project activities, and supporting the organisation and successful delivery of meetings, events, creating agendas and taking and disseminating minutes involving various stakeholders. They will liaise with team members and national and international partners, University colleagues, the media and the public., Coordinating project activities, meetings, and events.
Managing agendas, taking minutes, and disseminating information.
Liaising with national/international partners, media, and the public.
Supporting communications, including social media and website updates.
Organising the diary management of the Principal Investigator and team members.
Collaborating with University teams for project delivery.
