About the Role: As a Project Coordinator/Site Manager, you will utilise your operational management experience and site planning expertise across a variety of highway schemes in North Yorkshire. Your ability to supervise and coordinate projects, from planning to handover, will ensure the highest standards in quality, budget control, and safety compliance.

You will confidently develop work programmes, manage resources, and work closely with the Commercial Team to create efficient project schedules. Your keen attention to detail in reviewing project documents and developing risk registers will be crucial as you oversee both subcontractors and internal teams. Strong communication skills will enable you to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third parties, fostering positive relationships and addressing complex issues with professionalism. Your skills with numbers will be key to monitoring project costs and managing supply chains, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
